Do you have a fussy eater or do you struggle to introduce new foods to your little one? Well, here is a great solution to help your kids eat better and help Mummy stress less when it comes to dinner time!Β Introducing to you the Dinner Winner Plate.
Super Hero Dinner Winner Plate
These plates are made to motivate your kids to eat all the foods in each of the squares, and they can only uncover the treat at the end of the plate once they have finished (or at least tried!) all the foods along the way.Β I tried this out on my 2 year old, Mia. She isn’t a fussy eater BUT it is a struggle to introduce new foods to her and I really wish she would eat more veggies!
First Time
I was a curiousΒ about what she would think about this plate as she is used to a ‘normal’ plate and not one that has small sections and then a surprise at the end. So here is a video of Mia eating from the Dinner Winner Plate for the first time
Verdict
I really love this plate! I saw Mia eating a variety of foods in her meal that sheΒ usually doesn’t and she tried a new veggie (cherry tomato) that she has never tried before and even though she initially said “no” to it, I said to her she can’t have the surprise at the end of the plate unless she at least tried it. She took a bite and said to me “Done”. And even though she only ate half of it, I was happy that she at least tried it and the plate motivated her to do that.
